Joshua Price and his team at the Defending Rights Law Center did an awesome job handling my DUI case. I selected Josh based on the reviews I found online and he definitely lived up to his reputation. Josh was able to reduce two counts of DWI/DUI to a single Wet-and-Reckless AND he was able to get my case set-aside by the DMV. That’s right, no hint if this is on my driving record. On Hindsight, I am confident Josh could have won my case if I had chosen to take it to trial, but I just didn’t have the ability to take a week off work for a trial. Speaking of time off from work, Josh Price handled everything, and I only had to make 2-3 visits to his office for an hour or less. That is tremendous considering the 10 months he spent representing me and Defending my Rights. When I tell other people about what Josh did, they immediately regret not choosing Josh and ask for his contact info, you know, just in case. Having Josh’s business card in my back pocket gives me a feeling of security. In this day and age, having a Lawyer on your side like Josh is priceless.
